SHIPPING

Orders ship out same business day before 3:00pm on Monday-Friday. Orders typically arrive in 5-7 days, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic, City Bonfires cannot control unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process such as system or weather delays that may impact delivery. 

WARM WEATHER DISCLAIMER
Please Note: City Bonfires is not responsible for melting or other damage caused by heat exposure during shipping. To ensure all orders arrive in safe and perfect condition during hot weather season between the months of May through end of November we recommend that you do your part by choosing an expedited shipping option. The 2-day option is suggested when temperatures are under 85 degrees. Overnight shipping would be advised if temperatures are over 85 degrees. 
Tip: If the chocolate bar is melted please place in your refrigerator for 30 min to solidify.
