SECTION 22 – ASSUMPTION OF RISK & FIRE SAFETY DISCLAIMER
City Bonfires® products involve open flame, heat, and combustion materials. By using our products, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks, including burns, fire damage, smoke exposure, or injury.
Products are intended for adult use only. Children must be supervised at all times. Products must be used outdoors, on appropriate surfaces, and in accordance with instructions. City Bonfires, LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
SECTION 23 – PRODUCT PERFORMANCE & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Product performance may vary due to weather, wind, surface type, or conditions. We do not guarantee burn time, heat output, or performance consistency.
SECTION 24 – DONATIONS, FUNDRAISING & CHARITABLE PROGRAMS
City Bonfires, LLC may support charitable causes through monetary donations, in-kind donations, or percentage-based sales contributions. Unless stated, City Bonfires, LLC is not a charitable organization. Donation amounts, recipients, and timing may change without notice.
SECTION 25 – FUNDRAISING PROGRAM TERMS
Organizations participating in fundraising programs acknowledge contributions are based on qualifying sales, issued on schedules determined by City Bonfires, LLC. Programs may be modified or terminated at any time.
SECTION 26 – FORCE MAJEURE
City Bonfires, LLC is not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, weather, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, carrier delays, or government actions.
SECTION 27 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, product names, and content—including City Bonfires®—are the exclusive property of City Bonfires, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
