Baby Bel® Cheese and Strawberries Savory S’mores Recipe Blog

Ingredients

• Babybel® Original Mini Snack Cheese Wheels
• Ritz Crackers (or your favorite)
• Sliced Strawberries

 Supplies

• City Bonfires® Portable Fire Pit
• City Bonfires® Concrete Fire Pit Bowl (optional)
• City Bonfires® S’mores Sticks
• Lighter
• Platter and/or plates

 Directions

1. Gather Ingredients & Supplies. Collect all the ingredients and put them on a platter or plate. Position all your supplies (and ingredients) outside and place your City Bonfires Mini Portable Fire Pit on a heat-resistant surface or use a City Bonfires Concrete Fire Bowl. Make sure all the ingredients are ready so that they are easy to assemble once you are ready with your melted Babybel Cheese Round.

2. Light Your City Bonfire. Set up your City Bonfires Portable Fire Pit by reading all safety instructions and warnings, then carefully light the fire using a candlestick or wand lighter.

3. Melt the Cheese. Insert a s’mores stick into one of the cheese wheels and carefully melt it by positioning it to the side of the City Bonfires flame.

4. Make Your Savory S’mores. Once the cheese is melted enough–but not falling off the s’mores stick–place it on a cracker with one or two strawberry slices. Then add another cracker and press them together to make your Sweet & Savory Strawberry Cheese S'more.

5. Enjoy! Repeat all the steps above until everyone has had their chance to make and have a delicious savory s’more, or more.

6. Extinguish Your Fire Pit. When you're done, extinguish the City Bonfire by placing the lid securely back on the fire pit. Allow wax to fully cool and harden before moving or storing.
